#Walk #BriskWalk #Exercise.

Sometimes I #dance #twirl  #skip & #hop #Kick all while I #BriskWalk. On Days where I am feeling #moody, I Like to imagine that I am stomping on faces.  Each & Every time when I am done I Always feel Much better #PoundThePavement.

I share My #Journey so You can see that If I changed my life for the better YOU can too, You just have to make the decision to Start. Everyday isn’t going to be Perfect but Trust there is No point in holding onto #pain & #anger because that shit will eat you alive. I learned that the hard way….#YouOnlyGetOneTicketMightAsWellEnjoyTheRide

To start just dedicate 30 min. a day to #Walking. It’s #Free & something You likely do daily. Put on some comfy shoes, play some Awesome #Music & #Walk. #BabyStepsAddUp.

I couldn’t even go a whole block w/o stopping, to catch my breath when I first started. Now I do a couple of miles a night. Walk in your neighborhood or your local park, just Start you’ll eventually love it.
