#BriskWalk week 12/19 to 12/25
Last week I #BriskWalk 👣 6 days & got in over 36 miles. My #Goal for this week is 30+ miles and try some other sort of exercise which I have yet to try like a #Yoga or #pilates class I’d love to find one in the #LBC that plays #hiphop #Rasperries music. Any suggestions???
