#WorkOut #Week 11/28 to 12/04

Last week I #BriskWalk 6 days & got in over 37+ miles. My goal for this week is 30 miles.
I’ve decided to decrease my mileage a little because I am now experiencing loose skin from weight-loss. The shit is not cute so I will definitely be doing more #squats, incorporating #StrengthTraining & look into finding out more about #Calisthenics. I’m determined to be healthiest 39 year old version of Me!

As much as I Love to #BriskWalk I now realize I just got to take it down a mile or two… Perhaps only walk 1 hour a day rather than the 1.5- 2 hours I have been doing since summer.

What are Your weekly workout Goals? If You don’t have any NOW is the time to make some. Don’t wait until the new year, etc. Start NOW. #Walking is FREE & it’s the easiest way to get back healthy.
