#Workout #Week 10/17 to 10/23

Last week, I got in over 43+ miles #BriskWalk 👣. My #Goal this week is to get in 35+ miles.
I am also going to finally add weight lifting to my workouts. I’ve lost now 90 + pounds & it’s time to Tighten up. Please note: When you gain a lot of weight & then lose it you don’t Always shrink back the same #LifeLessons
