#WorkOut #Week 10/10 to 10/16
Last week  I was blessed with a mini vacation to Atlanta, GA. to attend a two day conference for the nonprofit I volunteer for (Postpartum Progress-PPP).
 Due to flying and my schedule I only got in a little over 28 miles #BriskWalk. So I fell short of my average of 30+ miles a week. My goal this week is to make up for it and do at least 35+ miles.
This was my first time ever at a out of state conference. I learned A Lot & it was truly an eye opening experience. I also come to realize that I am Truly an Introvert around individuals or situation’s I am unfamiliar with. I’m now making a promise to myself to work on that. I’ll write more about my trip in the near future.
What are your #Workout #Goals for this week? If you don’t have any MAKE SOME NOW!!!  It doesn’t matter how busy your schedule is #SelfCare is Mandatory. So make some #MeTime You deserve it.
