#Workout #Week 09/19 to 09/25

Last week I #BriskWalk All 7 Days and did over 43 #Miles. I ate entirely too much  unhealthy food this past weekend especially #Chips -& I still feel a little swollen because of all the #Salt #Sodium. #YouAreWhatYouEat

So this week my #Goal is to do at least 35+ #Miles and eat much Healthier #NoFastFood at all this week.

What are Your Weekly Fitness Goals? If You don’t have any yet make some Now! #SelfCare is Mandatory & physical #fitness REALLY helps if you are stressed/depressed, etc.
