I #BriskWalk 👣 All 7 Days last week & exceed my #Goal of 35 miles by doing over 43 #miles😆. This week my goal is to do 35+ miles, add at least 3 days of hand weights & 100 #squats each day. I NEED to start asap. #Walk #walking #SelfCare #noexcuses #FuckDepression
