#Workout #Week 08/29 to 09/04 Last week I #BriskWalk 👣 6 Days & got in over 34 #miles. I was 1/2 a mile short of my 35 mile week Goal😜 therfore this week my goal is 35 miles.

What is your weekly work out Goal??? If you don’t have any Make Some Today! Start with a 15 to 30 minute #Walk 3-5x  a week. You could start right after dinner or when you first wake up.
