I #BriskWalk 👣 All 7 Days last week 08/22 to 08/28 & got in over 41+ #miles. #fitnessmotivation #fitness #Walk #walking #SelfCare

I exceeded my weekly fitness goal this past week by 10+ miles. Therefore my goal for this week, will go up from 30 miles to 35 miles.
