#Workout #Week08/08 to 08/14

1471274420724.jpg#WorkOut #Week 08/08 to 08/14. Last week I was still feeling under the weather but I was able to  #BriskWalk  5 days & did  over 31+ hours. This week my goal is to do over 30+ hours and walk at least  1 day in a new location. I have to start switching it up so I don’t get bored.  Any walking location suggestions for the #LBC?
