#Workout #Week 08/01 to 08/07

Last week. My #BriskWalk #workout #week was lighter than usual because I caught a cold. I #BriskWalk 5 days and got in a little over 27 miles. This week I am hoping I get back to feeling 100% and my goal is to do over 30 miles this IMG_20160808_084800.jpgweek.
